Have you been receiving text messages saying your plan is about to expire? Please IGNORE the text messages - they are being sent by mistake from AT&T.  Your plan started on the date you specified in your original order and lasts for 30 days.

 

If you are experiencing any technical issues, such as data suddenly stopping working, calls or texts suddenly stopping, please reboot your phone, iPad or Tablet.  This means turning the power completely off for three minutes, and then back on.  This often resolves many issues.

 

Did you read the mandatory set-up instructions? These were provided to you already and you were required to read them because they answer many questions you may have, and we do NOT provide support for questions already covered in the set-up instructions.  Please click here to read the set-up instructions if you haven't already read them.

Is data not working on your phone? If data has either suddenly stopped working, or you have just arrived in the USA and data hasn't worked at all, please click here to read about how to fix this issue.


Trying to make a call and hearing a message saying you have no credit? Are you trying to make a call (e.g. to Australia) and you hear a message saying you have no credit?  Please click here to read more.

 

Are you in Mexico or Canada and on the USA, Canada and Mexico Extreme Plan and having issues? Data will only work in Mexico and Canada if you turn on data roaming in your phone's settings.  To call or text to an American number (e.g. someone else using our sim card) you must call/text the number in international format.  That's +1 then the USA mobile number.  For example, to call or text 669-123-4567, you dial +16691234567.

 

Phone, iPad, Tablet or Hotspot suddenly not working properly?  Landed in a new city and things aren't working?  Suddenly can't make calls, send SMS or data has stopped? As a first troubleshooting step, please reboot your phone, iPad, Tablet or hotspot. This means turning it completely off and then back on. This is likely to resolve most issues. If you are still experiencing issues, please create a new support ticket at the top of this screen, or email us at help@usaprepaidsimcard.com.au with your name, USA mobile number and a detailed description of your issue.

 

Want to find out how much data you have remaining on your sim card? On your phone dial *777*3# and then press dial/call.  Your remaining data balance will appear on your screen.
