If you're staying longer than 30 days you can recharge your phone SIM card and get another 30 days.  You can keep recharging every 30 days if you're staying even longer.  


Your SIM card plan started on the date you nominated in your order as your departure date, and expires at 11:59pm on the 30th day.  It lasts 30 days - not a month.


Your SIM card plan does NOT automatically renew - we do not store your credit card details.  If you do not recharge your plan then after the end of the 30th day it will stop working (and you won't be able to even receive calls or receive texts). If you want to keep using your SIM card plan after 30 days, please purchase another 30 days on our website at least 48 hours prior to 30th day.


You can only purchase another full 30 days of your selected plan.  It is not possible to purchase just an extra few days of use. For example, if you're staying for 35 days, you need to purchase another full 30 days.  


You can change plans if you wish.  For example, if you were on the USA Canada and Mexico Extreme Plan for the first 30 days, you could change to the USA Max Plan for the next 30 days.

To process your recharge, click here to go to our recharge portal.  


Step 1: Enter your USA mobile number at the top of the page.  Please double check you've entered the correct number.  Recharges cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances if you enter the wrong number.


Step 2: under "Choose Your Plan", choose the plan you want to recharge on. Unused data does not roll over to your new plan. The USA Saver Plan has no data.


Recharges may take up to 24 hours to be processed.
