You can add extra data packs to the USA Canada and Mexico Max Plan by following the instructions below.


Before purchasing please first check your remaining data balance by dialling *777*3# on your phone and then pressing call/dial.  Your remaining data balance will be displayed on your phone. 



Important information


1. Your 30 day plan still needs to be active to add more data.  You can't just add more data once 30 days is up.  If your plan has expired, then please Click here to read about how to renew your plan for another 30 days.


2. Any extra data you purchase will expire on the same date as your plan expires.  For example, if you purchase extra data on day 20 of your trip, then the extra data will expire on day 30 (the same day that your plan expires).


3. It may take up to 24 hours for the extra data to be added.  So don't wait until your data is all used up.


To add extra data follow the steps below:

 

(a) Click here to go to our recharge portal.  

 

(b) Enter your USA mobile number.

 

(c) Under "Choose Your Plan" select "I already have a plan - I just want to buy the extras".  


(d) Scroll down to "Extra data/mobile web" and select the amount of data you want to add.

 

Add to cart then proceed to payment.


It may take up to 24 hours for the extra data to be added.
