Please use the following troubleshooting steps to resolve any issues with data not working on your phone.


Start with step 1, and complete all steps until data is working.


1. Data will only work on your phone if you purchased a phone SIM card.  If you purchased a data only SIM card, then it won't work in your phone (as stated on our website and the activation instructions.


2. Reboot your phone.  This means turning the power completely off for three full minutes, then back on.  Power must be completely off (not just on airplane mode).


3. Maybe you've used all your data?  To check remaining data balance, dial *777*3# and then press call/dial - data balance will appear on screen.


4. Are you using an iPhone? If so, then please reset network settings - Settings, General, Reset, Reset Network Settings.  Also please check if there are any installed configuration files or VPNs on your phone (these may have been set-up for prior international trips or if you're using a work phone).  Go to Settings, General, Profiles, and then tap and remove all profiles.


5. Are you not using an iPhone?  For example you have a Samsung, HTC etc?  If so, then did you change the APN settings on your phone, as per the set-up instructions?  If not, please click here to read the set-up instructions. 


6. Are you currently in Canada or Mexico? If so, then you need to turn data roaming to ON in your phone's settings, as stated in the set-up instructions.


7. Please make sure that cellular data is ON in your phone's settings.  On an iPhone go to Settings, Mobile Data and make sure Mobile Data is ON.   On an Android go to Settings, Data Usage and make sure Mobile Data is ON.
