You can't call Australia when you're in Canada or Mexico.
Even if you purchase an International Call Pack, you still can't call Australia when you're in Canada or Mexico.
The International Call Packs only work when you're in the USA. This was stated on our website order page and also in the set-up instructions.
When in Canada or Mexico the only way to call Australia is to use voice apps such as Viber, Whatsapp, Facetime etc.
