With your sim card, there are two important time periods:
1. How long your plan + extras last for; and
2. How long your actual sim card lasts for.
Your plan and extras last for 30 days, with day 1 being the date you specify in your order.
Your sim card lasts for 90 days and is then permanently and forever cancelled by AT&T. The sim card then cannot be re-used nor can you re-use the USA mobile number.
However, it is possible to to make your sim card last for 365 by ensuring that in your initial purchase you order one of the five combinations below:
(a) The USA Canada and Mexico Extreme Plan + International Mobile Call Pack + 2GB or 3GB extra data; or
(b) The USA Canada and Mexico Extreme Plan + International Mobile Call Pack + at least $15USD extra credit; or
(c) The USA Canada and Mexico Extreme Plan + at least $50USD extra credit; or
(d) The USA Max Plan + International Landline Call Pack + at least $50USD extra credit; or
(e) The USA Max Plan + International Mobile Call Pack + at least $50USD extra credit.
On your second trip, you need just purchase another 30 days of your selected plan. If your initial purchase is (b), (c), (d) or (e) then any unused extra credit can be used towards the cost of your plan for your next trip, but you will need to contact us prior to your next trip to find out your remaining balance and then pay the difference.

If you wish to extend your sim card for a further 365 days, then make sure that you recharge with options (a)-(e) above prior to the expiration of the first 365 days.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Options (a)-(e) will give your sim card a 365 day validity from the date you specify in your order as your departure date.
2. An unused minutes from your International Landline Call Pack or your International Mobile Call Pack will expire after 30 days.
3. Any unused data from your extra data will expire after 30 days.
4. Any unused extra credit will remain on the sim card for 365 days, with the first day being the date you specified in your order as your departure date. Extra credit is non-refundable and non-transferable. It will permanently and forever expire without refund after 365 days.
