You might need to get a replacement sim card when you're in the USA for a number of reasons, for example:

  • You purchased the wrong size sim card from us;
  • You lost your sim card, you damaged it or you left your sim card at home;
  • You lost your phone.

Here's what to do to get a replacement sim card:

1. Go into any AT&T store - check out the store locator here: www.att.com/maps/store-locator.html

2. Explain that you have an active "AT&T Go Phone Account", provide your USA mobile number and request a replacement sim card.

3. For account identification purposes, the name on your account will either be the name in your original order with us, or it might be just "Prepaid Customer".  Your account passcode is the last 4 digits of your USA mobile number, and the most recent recharge onto your sim card was done on the date you arrived in the USA.

4. The AT&T store representative will provide a free replacement sim card and copy onto it your plan/credit and the same USA mobile number.
