If your iPad/Tablet sim card isn't working, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:


1.  Did you activate your sim card and purchase your data plan?  The sim card you received from us was not activated and had no credit or data plan preloaded on it (this was specified on our website when you ordered, in the order confirmation email, and in the activation instructions with your sim card).  You will see two white stickers on your sim card telling you that it needs to be activated and for a data plan to be purchased.  If you have not done this, please complete the activation steps by clicking here.


2.  If 1 does not apply to you, and you are using a Tablet (ie not an iPad) did you change the APN setting on your device, as set out in the activation instructions?  If not, please click here and read under the heading  "INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHANGING APN SETTINGS ON YOUR DEVICE".


3.  If 1 and 2 does not apply to you, if you are using an iPad, please reset the network settings by going to Settings, General, Reset and Reset Network Settings.  This will cause your iPad to reboot.


Please also try rebooting your device - by turning it completely off and back on.
