You can't add a data package to the USA Saver Plan. You can only use wi-fi.
You may not have read this information on our website order page and in the mandatory set-up instructions.
If you are on the USA Saver and require data, these are your options:
1. Use wi-fi (only); or
2. Purchase the USA Canada and Mexico Extreme Plan ($89 - 6GB) or the USA Max Plan ($69 - 3GB) via the recharge option on our website. Please note that unused days of your USA Saver Plan will be forfeited without refund. For example, if you are on the USA Saver Plan, and on day 15 of your trip you purchase the USA Max Plan, then the remaining 15 days of your USA Saver Plan will be forfeited without refund.
