To check the remaining data balance on your iPad, Tablet, USB Modem or Hotspot sim card, please do the following:
1. Call 408-962-1025 from any phone - this is not a free call number, but is a standard USA number.
2. You will be prompted to enter the USA mobile number assigned to your USA sim card (this is the number we emailed to you when you activated your sim card).
3. The recorded message will say "Welcome to GoPhone from AT&T", and when you hear it say "Main Menu" you should say "account balance".
4. When prompted to enter your account pass code, please enter the last 4-digits of your USA mobile number assigned to your USA sim card.
5. The system will then read out information about your account, including your data balance and your account balance. Please note that your account balance will always be $0 because you purchased a block of data, rather than credit, and this always leaves a $0 balance.
