If your phone, iPad or Tablet has been working fine up until now but you are suddenly now experiencing issues such as:


- you can't make calls;

- SMS isn't working;

- data has stopped working

- something else


Please reboot your device by powering it completely off and then back on.  This will resolve most issues.  If not, please consider:


- has 30 days expired since I got to the USA?  If so, then your phone plan has expired and you need to renew it.  Click here to find out how to renew your phone plan.


- have you run out of data on the USA Extreme Plan?  Click here to find out how much data you have remaining and how to purchase additional data.


- you can't call Australia on ANY of the phone plans unless you purchased the International Call Pack, which gives call to Australian LANDLINES ONLY (NOT MOBILES).  Please click here to read more.


- are you trying to call a phone number but get a message saying you have no credit?  Maybe you're trying to call an Australia Post Travel Sim or a Woolworths Travel Sim or another travel sim number?  Most travel sim products are NOT USA numbers.  For example, the Australia Post Travel Sim is a mobile number from the country of Estonia.
