If you're making a call and hear a message stating that you have no credit please carefully read all of the information below.

Firstly, when you purchased your sim card from us, you purchased a 30 day plan, you didn't purchase "credit" or "value".  So, for example, if you purchased the USA Max Plan for $69, you get the USA Max Plan for 30 days, and there is a $0 balance in your account.  Think of it like buying a loaf of bread from the bakery.  You pay $3, you get a loaf of bread, and you have $0 left.

If you make a call and you hear a message saying you have no credit, then this means:

1. You are trying to call an Australian number or another non-USA number and you didn't purchase the International Mobile Call Pack or the International Landline Call Pack or Extra Credit

or

2. You did purchase the International Landline Call Pack but you are trying to call an Australian mobile number

or

3. You are trying to call a non-USA number (such as an Australia Post TravelSim number, or another non-USA number)

Please read ALL of the information below

None of the USA phone sim card plans include calls to Australia or any other non-USA numbers.  This was stated on the website when you ordered your sim card, in the order confirmation email, on the card that came with your sim card and in the set-up instructions.  If you try to call an Australian landline or mobile number or any other non-USA number, you will hear a message saying you have no credit.

If you want to call Australia, or another non-USA number, you'll need to add either (i) the International Mobile Call Pack, (ii) the International Landline Call Pack, or (iii) Extra Credit.

The International Mobile Call Pack lets you call Australian mobile and landlines.

The International Landline Call Pack lets you call Australian landlines ONLY.

Extra Credit lets you call other non-USA numbers such as Australia Post Travel Sim (which is a mobile number from the country of Estonia) or a Woolworths Travel Sim (which is a UK mobile number).

If you want to purchase the International Mobile Call Pack, the International Landline Call Pack, or Extra Credit, please click here.

If you did purchase the International Mobile Call Pack, the International Landline Call Pack or Extra Credit and you still can't call Australia or a non-USA number

The International Mobile Call Pack, the International Landline Call Pack, or Extra Credit only works when you are in the USA.  It will not work when you are in Canada and/or Mexico.

You must dial the Australian number or non-USA number in international format.  To dial Australia, you call +61 then the Australian number with the first 0 removed.  For example, to call (02) 9960 1234 you will dial +61299601234.  Or to call 0404 123 456 you will dial +61404123456.  You must actually enter the plus + symbol which is usually achieved by holding down the 0 key.

If you are certain that none of the above applies to you, then please reboot your phone - this means turning it completely off and back on.
