Data or calls or SMS has suddenly stopped!  It has been working but now it's not!!  How do I fix this?


This is most likely a temporary network outage/issue.  Please turn your phone completely off and then back on.  This should resolve any issues.


If you are using an iPhone and data is still not working please reset your network settings by going to Settings, General, Reset, Reset Network Settings.  This will cause your phone to reboot and re-download the AT&T network settings.  This should resolve your problem.  If not please contact us at help@usaprepaidsimcard.com.au.


Please also note that your chosen plan lasts for 30 days (commencing on the day before you arrived in the USA).   So if you've been in the USA more than 30 days your plan has ended and you need to recharge at www.usaprepaidsimcard.com.au.
