This support article will help you to resolve the issue of data not working on your phone, iPad, Tablet, Wi-Fi Hotspot or USB modem
Data has been working normally for me, but now it's suddenly stopped working!
If data/mobile web has been working normally, but has suddenly stopped, please click here to read about how to fix this issue. Otherwise continue reading below.
Data isn't working on my phone!
If you are using an iPhone: please turn your iPhone completely powered off for three minutes, then turn it back on, and test if data is working. If data is still not working, please reset the iPhone network settings as follows: Settings, General, Reset, Reset Network Settings. Your iPhone will reboot. If not data is still not working please email help@usaprepaidsimcard.com.au.
If you are NOT using an iPhone (for example you are using a Samsung, HTC, Android etc): did you change the APN settings on your phone as described in the mandatory set-up instructions that came with your sim card? Please click here and then follow the instructions at Step 2. If you did change the APN settings already, please go back into your phone's settings and double check you changed the APN settings correctly. In the past we have had numerous customers not correctly make the changes e.g. typos, missing letters etc.
The USA Saver Plan does not come with data, and you can't add data to the USA Saver Plan.
