Thanks for Your USA eSIM Order!
We're excited to help you get connected in the USA.
To activate your eSIM, we’ll need a few quick details from you which you'll send by replying to your order confirmation email.
Flying today? Landed in the USA? Scroll to the very bottom for information about when your eSIM will be activated for you.
✅ Reply to Your Order Confirmation Email
Please reply to your order confirmation email with the following 3 details:
EID:
eSIM IMEI:
USA activation date:
Ordered 2 or more eSIMs? Send all phone details in the same email.
Important! eSIMs are locked to your phone's EID/IMEI. If you get a new phone or accidentally give us the EID/IMEI of a different phone, the eSIM can’t be transferred. You’d need to buy a new eSIM, and the original one is non-refundable.
How to Find Your Phone’s EID Number
The EID is a 32-digit number that identifies your eSIM — it’s how the network knows which eSIM to send to your phone.
On iPhone:
Settings → General → About → scroll down to EID
On Samsung:
Settings → About Phone → Status Information → EID
On other phones:
Check your settings or Google: “how to find EID on [your phone model]”
Important:
Please copy and paste the number (don’t type it manually).
❌ Don’t send screenshots — we need the text version of the number in your email.
How to Find Your Phone’s eSIM IMEI Number
The IMEI is a 15-digit number. Your phone has two — one for the physical SIM and one for the eSIM.
We only need the eSIM IMEI.
On iPhone:
Settings → General → About → Scroll to “IMEI2”
If you're using an Australian physical SIM, “IMEI2” is your eSIM IMEI
If you're using an Australian eSIM, match the IMEI shown under your current eSIM in Settings (that's your eSIM IMEI)
Don't send us both IMEIs. We need the eSIM IMEI.
On Samsung:
Settings → About Phone → Status Information → IMEI
If you're using a physical SIM, the other IMEI is your eSIM IMEI
If you're using an eSIM already, look for the IMEI tied to your mobile plan
Don't send us both IMEIs. We need the eSIM IMEI.
On Google Pixel:
Settings → About Phone → IMEI (SIM slot 2)
Match it with the SIM slot showing your current eSIM (e.g. SIM status slot 2 → IMEI slot 2)
Don't send us both IMEIs. We need the eSIM IMEI.
On other phones:
Search your phone settings or Google: “how to find eSIM IMEI on [your phone model]”
Important:
✅ Copy and paste the number (don’t type it manually)
❌ Don’t send screenshots
❗ Only send one IMEI number — it must be your eSIM IMEI
Tell Us Your USA Activation Date
Let us know the USA date you'd like your eSIM to start working.
Use DAY / MONTH / YEAR (not US format). For example 25/12/2020.
The eSIM will be activated between 2am-6am US Pacific Time on that date.
You can only download and install the eSIM after it's been activated.
Not staying for the full number of days you purchased? Then request activation one day before you arrive in the USA:
If you're not staying for the full number of days you purchased, request activation one day before you arrive. For example you might have purchased 30 days but are only in the US for 26. So if you're arriving on December 25th, then request activation for December 24th
That way, you can install the eSIM at home before you leave, and it ensures activation in the event of an unlikely T-Mobile activation system outage
Need the full days? Then request activation on the date you arrive in the USA:
If you're staying for the full number of days you purchased, request the date you arrive in the USA
Your eSIM will activate between 2am-6am US Pacific Time on that date
You might need to connect to free airport Wi-Fi when you land to complete setup
