How to find your phone's EID number
The EID is a 32-digit number. It's the serial number of your eSIM and it's how the network knows the right eSIM to send to your phone. It's the EID number we need (not to be confused with the MEID number).
On an iPhone: find the EID at Settings/General/About and then scroll down to EID
On a Samsung: find the EID at Settings/About Phone/Status Information/EID
On other phones: look in your phone settings on do a Google search to find out where to find the EID
Please copy & paste the number, and don't try to manually type it out as you'll probably make and error and the eSIM won't install. You can hold down on the number to copy and paste it. Also please don't send screenshots from your phone (the EID number must be sent as text in your email).
How to find the phone's eSIM IMEI number

The USA date you want the eSIM to start
Tell us the USA date you want the eSIM to start working. Tell us the date in Australian/UK format (that's DAY/MONTH/YEAR), NOT in USA format.
Don't need the eSIM to work for the full number of days you purchased? For example, you bought 30 days and you're in the USA for 26 days? Then please request the date that is -1 day before you arrive in the USA. This means you can install the eSIM at home before you arrive in the USA.
Need the eSIM to work for the full number of days you purchased? For example, you bought 21 days and you're in the USA for 21 days? You'll need to request the USA date that you arrive, and then install the eSIM on that date. The eSIM is activated by 6am US Pacific Time on that date which might mean you'll need to connect to the free airport Wi-Fi when you land in the USA to download the eSIM.
Download and install your eSIM
After you email us the information above you'll get a confirmation email explaining how to download your eSIM, but it's all very simple:
- If you have an iPhone you'll get a notification to download and install the eSIM.
- If you have a Samsung, Pixel, Oppo or other phone you'll either get a notification to download and install the eSIM, or you'll scan a QR code in the confirmation email.
