This information applies if:


1. You are already in the USA and you forgot to request the activation of your SIM Card before you left Australia


OR


2. You are already in the USA and you inserted the SIM Card into your phone before the date you requested for activation.



ALREADY IN THE USA AND FORGOT TO REQUEST THE ACTIVATION OF YOUR SIM CARD


If you have HAVE NOT inserted the SIM Card into your phone then:


(a) If you can wait until the next day for your SIM Card to start working: complete the activation request form (in the activation instructions), and your SIM Card will be activated on the next day before 7am US Pacific Time. IMPORTANT: In the meantime DO NOT insert the SIM Card into your phone until after 7am US Pacific Time on the next day (if you insert it before this time, the activation will fail and you'll have to pay a $50 activation fee)


(b) If you require same day activation: then same day activation can be done for a $50 fee. Send a WhatsApp message to our Support Team at +447882165545 (they're available from 2am-3pm US Pacific Time).


If you HAVE inserted the SIM Card into your phone then:


(a) This causes the AT&T network to instantly activate the SIM Card


(b) We can still reverse the AT&T activation and then activate your SIM Card on the plan you purchased from us but a $50 activation fee applies (due to additional costs we need to pay to recharge your SIM Card). Send a WhatsApp message to our Support Team at +447882165545 (they're available from 2am-3pm US Pacific Time) who can sort this out for you.

Alternatively we can cancel and refund your SIM Card (minus any postage paid and minus a $10 SIM Card fee). Email us at info@usaprepaidsimcard.com.au.


ALREADY IN THE USA AND INSERTED THE SIM CARD INTO YOUR PHONE BEFORE THE DATE YOU REQUESTED ACTIVATION


(a) This causes the AT&T network to instantly activate the SIM Card


(b) We can still reverse the AT&T activation and then activate your SIM Card on the plan you purchased from us but a $50 activation fee applies (due to additional costs we need to pay to activate and recharge your SIM Card). Send a WhatsApp message to our Support Team at +447882165545 (they're available from 2am-3pm US Pacific Time) who can sort this out for you.
