If you're not using an iPhone, for example, you're using a Samsung, HTC, Huawei, LG or any other phone that is NOT an iPhone then you must check whether your phone is compatible with our AT&T SIM Card or our T-Mobile SIM Card.

Make sure to check because if your phone isn't compatible then the SIM Card won't work, and you won't get a refund.

Even if you've purchased our AT&T SIM Card before, your phone may no longer be compatible with AT&T due to changes to the AT&T network.

It's really easy to check: just follow the easy instructions below.

HOW TO CHECK IF YOUR PHONE IS COMPATIBLE

To check if your phone is compatible with our AT&T SIM Card, you must check for your phone's make and model on the AT&T website here. Your phone must be an EXACT 100% match - make sure to check the actual variant model of your phone (you can find this in your phone's settings). For example, GalaxyS20 models G981U and G981U1 WILL WORK on the AT&T network, but Galaxy S20 models G981F, G981N and G981O WILL NOT WORK. Just because you have used your phone on AT&T before does NOT mean it is still compatible with AT&T.

To check if your phone is compatible with our T-Mobile SIM Card, just enter your iPhone's IMEI number (found in Settings) into the T-Mobile website here (and the website which will tell you if your iPhone is compatible with T-Mobile).

NOW WHAT DO I DO?

You should now know if your phone is compatible with our AT&T SIM Card and/or our T-Mobile SIM Card. You can then return to our website order page and purchase the AT&T SIM Card or the T-Mobile SIM Card (depending on which one is compatible for your phone).

If your phone isn't compatible with AT&T or T-Mobile then we're sorry but our SIM Cards won't work in your phone.
