If you are NOT using an iPhone (for example you're using a Samsung), your phone may NOT be compatible anymore with our AT&T SIM Card from 1 May 2022, and it won't work and you won't get a refundThis applies even if you have used our SIM Card before or another AT&T SIM Card. This information was also provided on our website order page before your purchase.

But don't worry because if your phone isn't compatible with AT&T we'll switch you to our new T-Mobile SIM Card

This only applies if you ARE NOT using an iPhone because all iPhones from iPhone 6 onwards are compatible (you can stop reading if you ARE using an iPhone).

Here's how to check if your phone is compatible or not:

Check your phone model on the AT&T list of compatible phones. Your phone must be an EXACT 100% match - make sure to check the actual variant model of your phone (you can find this in your phone's settings). For example, GalaxyS20 models G981U and G981U1 WILL WORK on the AT&T network, but Galaxy S20 models G981F, G981N and G981O WILL NOT WORK.

If your phone IS on the list of compatible phones, then don't need to do anything -- the AT&T SIM Card you purchased will work.

But if your phone IS NOT on the list of compatible phones, then you must reply immediately to this email to let us know, and we'll switch you to our new T-Mobile SIM Card: it has UNLIMITED 5G & 4G data, and unlimited calls & texts in the USA. You may have to pay extra (or get a partial refund) depending on what you have already paid: the T-Mobile SIM Card for 15 days costs $49.95), 21 days costs $54.95) or 30 days costs $63.95).

If we've already posted your AT&T SIM Card to you, you'll need to return it to us otherwise a $10 SIM Card fee will be added.
