Why can't you process my recharge?
We can't process your recharge because the 4-digit AT&T account passcode you entered in your order is wrong. We need to know the correct 4-digit account passcode to process your recharge.

What do I do now?
Please reply to the email we sent you and provide the correct 4-digit AT&T account passcode. Until we have the correct passcode the recharge cannot be processed. Once you provide the correct passcode your recharge will be processed within 24 hours.
