If you want to call Australia, you'll need to purchase one of two international call pack add-ons - either the International Mobile Call Pack or the International Landline Call Pack.

If you don't purchase an international call pack add-on and you try to call Australia, you'll hear a message saying you have no credit.

We have two international call pack add-ons as follows:

1. The International Mobile Call Pack: costs $35, and gives you $10USD credit to call Australian mobiles at 5c/min or Australian landlines at 1c/min. You can also call many other countries at reduced rates. Click here to see the full list. You also get unlimited free calls to China, India, Hong Kong, Singapore and South Korea.

2. The International Landline Call Pack: costs $14 and gives you 1,000 minutes of calls to Australian landlines only (NOT to Australian mobiles). You can also use the 1,000 minutes to call landlines in New Zealand, France, the UK, Japan, Israel, China and many other countries. Click here to see the full list.

(Please note that the International Mobile Call Pack may not yet appear on our website order page. If this is the case, just wait until you receive your sim card, then contact us via email to purchase the International Mobile Call Pack).
