For phone sim cards
When you place your order you need to specify your departure date to the USA.
Your phone plan will automatically commence on the day you specify in your order. If you arrive in the USA earlier than that day, or you arrive after that day, the plan will not start until the date you nominated.
Important: if you're leaving the country to go to other countries before you go to the USA, please email us at help@usaprepaidsimcard.com.au after you order so we can make sure you receive your sim card prior to your departure.
For iPad, Tablet, Wi-Fi Hotspot and USB Modem sim cards
Since you'll be activating the sim card following our easy step-by-step instructions, your plan will start on the date you nominate as your departure date when you purchase your data plan from us.
