You can re-use your USA phone sim card within 90 days of its first use (with the first use being the date you specified in your original order as your departure date to the USA).
After 90 days, the sim card is permanently and forever cancelled by AT&T, and cannot be re-used or re-activated, and the USA mobile number cannot be re-used or re-activated.

You can re-use your USA iPad sim card, Tablet sim card or Hotspot sim card within 365 days of its first use (with the first use being the date you specified in your original order as your departure date to the USA).
After 365 days, the sim card is permanently and forever cancelled by AT&T, and cannot be re-used or re-activated.
