Some users of iPhone 5, iPhone 5C, iPhone 5S, the latest iPad and iPad mini have reported that they are unable to get LTE on their device upon returning home.

If this applies to you, please read the comment made by brandonmm on this Whirlpool Forum.  We have not tested this and you should always perform a full backup of your iPhone or iPad before trying this.  Alternatively, please complete a full backup and restore of your device in iTunes.
