If you purchased a USB Modem or Hotspot sim card from us, and then also purchased your recharge/data plan through us too, then there is nothing to cancel. This will apply to 99% of our customers.
We repeat: if you purchased your data plan with www.usaprepaidsimcard.com.au then there is nothing to cancel.
However, occasionally customers choose to purchase their data plan directly via the AT&T website after they activate their sim card and in such cases plans purchased direct with AT&T automatically renew every 30 days until cancelled.
If you purchased your data plan directly with AT&T, rather than from www.usaprepaidsimcard.com.au, then you need to cancel your plan with AT&T by calling them. Please click here to read more.
