Our standard delivery policy is to dispatch orders from Sydney three weeks prior to your nominated departure date, because:
1. The USA telco carrier (AT&T) imposes restrictions on how far in advance we can activate the SIM Card before it must be used. We cannot send your SIM Card until we've activated it.
2. Sometimes our customers buy a new phone closer to their departure date which uses a different size SIM Card to their original order. When they do this, they are required to purchase a new SIM Card (for $45) if we have already sent them their order.
3. Some customers have lost their SIM Card or have forgotten to take it with them to the USA because they received too far in advance of their trip and they put it away and forgot about it.
4. Some customers need to cancel their trip to the USA, or change their departure date - once you receive your SIM Card, you can't get a refund.
BUT we can send your SIM Card to you early (i.e. more than 21 days prior to your departure date) but only if you are leaving Australia to travel elsewhere prior to arriving in the USA. Sorry but if you just want to receive your SIM Card straightaway (but you're not leaving home until the day before you arrive in the USA, we cannot send the SIM Card early to you.
If you would like us to send your sim card to you immediately (i.e. more than 21 days prior to your departure date), we can do this, but:
(a) The maximum numbers of days in advance that we can send your USA phone sim card is 90 days; and
(b) Other than any statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations relating to refunds, you will not be entitled to a refund of the cost of any part of your purchase, under any circumstances whatsoever. For example, if your trip to the USA is cancelled or postponed we cannot refund you under any circumstances. Your USA SIM Card plan will commence on the date you specified in your order and will expire 30 days thereafter and this date cannot be changed; and
(c) If you require a different size SIM Card after we've sent your order, you'll need to purchase a new SIM Card at a cost of $45 + postage.
How to receive your SIM Card early
If you want to receive SIM Card more than 21 days prior to your arrival into the USA, please send the following email to info@usaprepaidsimcard.com.au:

Please send me my USA SIM Card immediately.
I understand and agree that I cannot receive a refund of my order under any circumstances whatsoever. For example, if my trip to the USA is cancelled or postponed I will not receive a refund. Also if I need a different sized sim card, I understand I will have to purchase a new sim card for $45 + postage.
